Home Visits

If you are too ill to come into the surgery or you are housebound and need to see a doctor, you can request a home visit by calling the surgery on 0161 980 2656.

A doctor may telephone you first to find out exactly what you are experiencing.

After the call, the doctor should tell you what will happen next. It may be that some advice over the telephone is the most appropriate course of action. Sometimes, if your condition warrants it, the doctor may even advise you to go to hospital. We can arrange all of this for you if necessary.

We completely understand it is not possible to predict when you are going to be ill. However, if possible, if you think you need a home visit, please try and ring the surgery as soon as possible.
